Brother, there are lot of variables without knowing them a real assessment is not possible. For example

what was the distance from which the picture was taken?
At what time and in what conditions of light?
Where was the direction of sun (if it was present)?

Furthermore it is clearly evident that it is not the actual picture but a digitally enhanced picture probably because the image was of very poor quality (may be due to all or any of the above factors)

I see them detaching something that looks like it was the big fly in the camera.

Same background. You can see the different color background of the ship just like in the other photo where its light gray in some part of the ship.

I can't see anything, I see a boat with some people on it. Might be Israelis/saudis on the boat, boat may be a replica, no film of placing the mine, totally not clear what they are removing, no movement of the boat detected from and to Iranian ports, drone didnt follow/chase the boat. Even if they were Iranians, thanks for removing the mine and preventing further damage to the tanker. Iranian ships were nearby which is logic, so they came and had a look which is normal. Japanese mentioned bullets and flying objects, might be a saudi/israeli drone shooting at the tanker to blame Iran?

They will provide an edited/amended low resolution/heavily degraded footage of a particular event and images in general, good enough to get the point across.

This isn't a benchmarking contest in which Huawei P30 Pro will score high.

American surveillance capabilities put those of other countries to shame by years. Huawei P30 Pro is virtually nothing in comparison, we are talking about machines which took a billion USD a piece to make.
