The turrent we have seen in IDEF 2017 looks more sophisticated. The new one looks more like a pre-design.

Only two elements were missing to finalize the development of Altay.

1 - An entirely indigenic engine (Still devellopment, but I am extremely optimistic considering the advances in this area)

2 - Akkor active protection system (APS)

Visibly it is "in very advanced developmental phase" but now I need only to see the official tests.
