ICC's biased reward system

If the onus to establish the fact doesn't lies, your argument is nothing but a rant.

If the premise itself is discriminatory, which it is based on no facts, then talking of general bias is actually off topic.

For e.g. If someone start a thread saying the American school shootout is because of pakistan, one shall not continue talk about general terrorism in pakistan. Right?

Or you are just venting out your frustration on ICC based out of prejudice (which may be true)?

However, is ICC biased in this case? I dont think so considering the opponent, conditions and importance of innings played by individuals. Lets talk a bit on topic as well.

But the topic is the reward system in all cases. Which has been discriminatory based on the ICC's own perception of the opponent, conditions and innings.

Best Solution for Cricketing Countries is to form a New cricketing Body

International New Cricket Board Association ( ICBA) , 10 Teams equal status and Each month new series

Pakistan (Green Kit)
South Africa (Green / Yellow Stripes)
Srilanka (Blue kits)
West Indies (Brown kits)
Newzeland (Red and Blue Kit)
Bangladesh (Dark Green / Red kits)
Ireland (Replacement for England)
Scotland (Replacement for England)
Holland (Replacement for Australia)
Zimbabwe (Replacement for India)
Jamaica (Replacement for India)

Who needs India / Australia / England ???

Revert Rules to that of 70's and 80's

1 - Bouncers , Yes
2 - No fielding restrictions you put 11 players on boundary if you need to
3 - Less emphasis on T20 , only may be played 1 Tournament a year end of year for exhibition
stuff
4 - More focus on 50's and 100's in Test and ODI cricket
5- Ban on bats filled with Lead and iron the one used by Tandulkar for extra power
6 - Increase on support for Spinners
7- Restriction on creation of Shady Pitches like ones made in India

The presidency and council membership rotates on every 2 years basis

Bring on Jamaica and get rid of Banya system of 3
