ICC's biased award system, English Batsman Gary Balance( 24 years and 358 days) has been awarded best emerging test batsman who has 729 runs in 8 test matches
with 3 centuries and 3 half centuries with average of 60.75. best 156 runs

While Bangladeshi Batsman Mominul Haque (23 years and 47days) has far better record.
12 matches, 1198 runs with 4 centuries and 7 half centuries. average of 63.05. best 181 runs

The ICC has become the personal fiefdom of Australia, England and India..
the rest are considered third class and routinely discriminated against.

May be they also look at the opponents which the countries played..

Which means the BIG-3 will want to continue this system as it suits them.

I don't know if they wish to continue with it or not. However, I want it to be fixed. I remember few years back, Saeed Ajmal was the Highest Wicket taker and should have been awarded ICC player of the year, but he was robbed of it.

Moreover, Subcontinent Teams and Players are the victims of ICC rules & regulations, Including India. If we are at helm, we should end these Discriminatiory Rules and not continue with them. :D

But we are not. Businessmen are and they will bend the rules to their will.
