I am starting to feel bad for them, there is only so much humiliation one nation can take.

Oh. We haven't scratched the surface yet as compared to you. But then, you need to have a sense of self respect to feel humiliation. Regular surrenders, losses, rushing to countries for alms, Americans coming in and bombing who they feel like, even releasing an American who killed your own citizens on the streets - such incidents seem to have shorn you off any self respect in the first place. If you felt humiliation, that would be a step up for you.

ICC can **** off and lose its credibility and revenue and it's biggest contributors and viewers.

BCCI has the power money and the pull to make their own international cricketing body and host its own world cup/superbowl of cricket. All nations will follow suit and join that body and nobody would give two hoots if Pakistan wasn't participating
