What secret? We openly are saying it: our future armament buildup is going to be two-front. Against two obvious enemies; one is a threat and another just a casual nuisance. What's there to hide in that? Are you seriously thinking that PAF or PLAAF will just walk in and bomb these bases?

Then in that case, you seriously lack military knowledge in aerial warfare. Learn some and come back to counter my points.
