Well the evidence they have is in-fact an embarrassment for Military - shooting down their own Copter while on other hand the proof that should have released was 300+ bodies in Balakot, AI Spice-2000 went inside the building from roof top (as Indian Twitter Arm Chair Major brags) and eliminated everyone in there without crater on the roof, burns on the walls and even shrapnel inside the room of so-called terrorists. So, being boxed in tight spot and then whatever they have is not so pleasant; India has the Bollywood and we should not forget.

Pakistan was/is involved in War On Terror at official capacity, and Durand Line is not like a normal border. Across this border, numerous Afghan and Pakistani tribes converge on ethnic grounds as well as shared values and business-related interests. This border is exceedingly difficult to monitor on the whole. Furthermore, Pakistan is also home to millions of Afghans. Due to these factors, terrorists/militants/troublemakers in Afghanistan found it easy to slip into Pakistan. Above all, CIA and ISI were collaborating in anti-terrorism efforts, and drone strikes made it possible for CIA to kill terrorists in a short span of time in a difficult terrain and prevent their escape.

If India was in the shoes of Pakistan, it would have experienced same problems and pressures that Pakistan faced in relation to War On Terror.

Now how all of above justify Indian governmental effort to distort facts with propaganda for public consumption with aid of Bollywood? These accounts will provide a false sense of security to Indian public and facilitate additional political miscalculations from Indian leadership down the road.

IOK is disputed region whose inhabitants do not want to join India - this is why your country have stationed so many troops in IOK, to oppress original inhabitants of this region. British formula for partitioning subcontinent was simple; pre-partition Muslim-majority princely states were supposed to join Pakistan. Kashmir on the whole, was/is a Muslim-majority state.

However, years of brainwashing and narrative-building have altered perceptions of Indians on average, and they fail to understand that India is at fault in Kashmir and responsible for problems between Pakistan and India.

The Indian Air Force has released a promotional video that tells the story of the Balakot airstrike that was launched earlier this year

video features a voiceover that talks about how the Indian Air Force avenged the Pulwama terror attack of February 14 in which 40 jawans of the Central Reserve Police Force were killed.

The voiceover is accompanied by visuals of IAF pilots in a briefing room. The pilots are then seen running out to their Mirage-2000 fighter jets and taking off. This is followed by visuals of air traffic control centres as well as shots of radars zooming in to potential targets.

The video also briefly shows the story of the February 27 dogfight between Indian and Pakistani fighter jets. This part features visuals of MiG-21 fighter jets, which were involved in the dogfight, taking off from a runway.

BALAKOT AIRSTRIKE

The Balakot airstrike was launched on February 26, around two weeks after a Jaish-e-Mohammad terrorist rammed a car full of explosives into a CRPF convoy in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama. Forty CRPF jawans were killed in the attack.


In response, the Narendra Modi government gave the military a free hand to respond to the attack, carried out by the Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Mohammad.

On February 26, the Indian Air Force's Mirage-2000 fighter jets took off from various airfields in India. The fighter jets launched smart bombs that targetted Jaish-e-Mohammad's largest terror facility, located in Balakot in Pakistan's Kyber Pakhtunwa.

The next day, Pakistan responded to the pre-dawn Balakot airstrike by sending its fighter jets into India. The Indian Air Force scrambled a pack of its Sukhoi Su-30 and MiG-21 fighter jets.

In the ensuing dogfight, a Pakistani F-16 was downed. An Indian MiG-21, piloted by Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman was also shot down. Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman was taken prisoner by Pakistani forces. He was released two days later, a development that significantly cooled tensions between India and Pakistan.
