There is no doubting the capability of the equipment or the origin. But it also comes down the people involved in equipment selection, configuration and approval, and the men who fly and fight with them, and the men who plan and lead them.

As long as the IAF is an independent free thinking group of men who are not used as political tools they will eventually have the best of both worlds.
But if they are comprised in merit and purpose by political or religious ideology they will find not even the best equipment will save them from having fools in their ranks.
