In fact, Vietnam gets lower tariff to USA.

The simple reason is this , all nations bordering india are fed up with indian foreign policy of 'big brotherism' and 'meddling' as if india owns them.

this led to backlash as india lost goodwill and lost everything..

as for US , every nation in this world knew what US is doing everywhere removing leaders they dont want via force.
