Never expect your enemy to be poor in anything, how so ever his circumstances are.
Anyways, Air Force pilots are all well trained, but comparing P.A.F v I.A.F pilots, Pakistan takes the cup but its fighting experience more than the I.A.F with better training and mentally capable (training) too. The pilots of P.A.F are set, to counter an enemy 5 times larger, thats how they are mentally prepared, and rest training (mental) is classified.
Adding, P.A.F. has always an edge over I.A.F in the training, but as the world develops, military is the same. Better and advanced techniques are comming day by day, including stimulation. I.A.F doesnt lack one, but it can't even compare with the P.A.F. One reason, P.A.F believes in air bourne training, and pilots comming with new ideas rather than ground stimulation and then telling them what to do in a scenario.
P.A.F pilots are given a particular task, and a scenario. They have to work their way, how to handle the situation.
This is, unique way of training, where rookies come over the instructures, and teach them their skills. Their new ideas are then 'processed' and better ways are then emerged out of it, which hardly any other Air Force does.
