80-90% of the terrorists die while crossing the LOC. This isn't the 1990s where we are constrained by funds. We have endless amounts of artillery at the border and only growing everyday. Any Talibunny trying to enter will be smoked in a hail of gunfire. Like 2 out of 10 will make it across.

If you don't have any minorities remaining, who will you even lynch. Your minorities are down from 10% to 2%. You can all claim they adopted Islam by choice, no one believes than nonsense. Riots and pogroms only occur when the majority feels threatened by the minority. In Pakistan you have simply eliminated the minorities, so there is no one to lynch or do some riots against. Minorities in Pakistan follow the social hierarchy that you set. You never see them demanding that they be allowed to contest for offices of the PM, or demanding secular laws or build endless amounts of temples or churches etc. They are so few in number they know they will never succeed. Thats why you don't have riots. You make it so hard for them they either have to flee or convert. Nothing else explains the fall from 10% to 2%.
