Hindu terrorism debate grips India

there is nothing called hindu terrorism. this is just the name given by few opertunist politicians for their self serving purpose. when was the last time anyone heard a group of hindu people going on the rampage killing people outside of their own country? just 'cause these few indviduals wear saffron shawl & are involved in few isolated incidents, doesn't make them the representatives of entire popoulation. if it's a regular occurance, then the story is different. so stop jizzin in your pants & lets not get excited about this.

Again my mistake but the BBC had just reported of an Indian swami who claimed responsibility for attacks blamed previously on Muslims

A bit old but you might like to have this interesting fact. The reason for that confession is extremely interesting. Aseemanand (the "swami") was incarcerated in a jail with a young muslim man - Abdul Kaleem who was in jail for being suspected of involvement in the Mecca Masjid blasts. Only problem - that was the doing of Aseemanand & associates. Seems that he was so overcome with grief at the thought that innocent Muslim boys had been picked up for his acts that he decided to come clean.
A terrorist with a conscience? Interesting, what?

Blast-accused Muslim praises Aseemanand, calls him 'great'

For the third time, BBC world news reported a Swami took responsibility for a number of attacks previously blamed on muslims. I quoted the wrong article, I'll try to find the most recent news.

when a few does some thing in name/support of larger group or identity they represent, the shame comes to all community..it's still early days..and not wide spread because of tolerance which is inherent nature of greater hindu community and indian culture.

No issue with the story but was not aware whether the BBC had reported the reason for the confession. Thought that might be pertinent to the discussion. Unlike a lot of my friends here, I have no illusions on the existence of Hindu terrorists ( they exist) nor do I have any objection for them to be addressed as such. I see no merit whatsoever in making excuses for such scumbags. The nature of their acts are based on religious hatred and as such they are "Hindu terrorists". Would like to see this guys end up on the wrong side of a jute rope along with various other terrorists whatever their religious affiliation.
