Hi For Pakistanis in Pakistan only

I'm having trouble contacting a family member. I think they use Zong or something. For the past couple of days every time I call them I get the operator saying "maaf kijiye apka is waqt malya hua number se rapta ney ho saktha?".

Does this mean the phone is off, or am I not catching the signal?

I wanted to speak to my family after the flood, but I can't get a hold of my cousin. BTW I am calling from USA, if that makes any difference, which I don't think should.

well definitely the Zong service is out of order, or they have their phone turned off.

Never used skype, before, I usually stick with calling cards?
