Besides, most of the time Bank refuses to exted loan to high tech. You will get it for another spinning mill for sure.. LOL

Well, it looked like a gift from India when Hasian visited. Even she did not know all about it. Later during MMS visit they wanted to extend another billion but BD refused considering the prev experience.

Project are getting dropped while they found out that the intention of Indian motive and rightly so.

basically we are planning to use the cell towers for their internet, we have contract with the cell carriers. That way we get to offer them phone service and internet service much cheaper than our banglalion or other internet service providers, we are using stm1 bandwidth..............vai spinning mill'ao loan daoa bondo....i am waiting for bnp to come....fataia businesss korbo..taking the first flight back home akhon we are waiting for an american investor for this project, we devide the cost...we are talkign to this vodro lok from pakistan, its highly likely soon your relatives can make very cheap calls from bangladesh to USA

I am not sure how you going to lay that out. There are some regulation (not only BD) regarding frequency while you use for wireless. Then again there are regulations how yu route your call out from BD. You should inquire about those before you make any more move. There are some very strict guideline also frequency is scarce and hell expensive from BTRC.

Purpose of utilizing the Fund:
a) Negotiating and rental of existing towers of mobile companies on Rental Basis for at
least five years.
b) Payment to Government body for Bandwidth Expansions.
c) Expansion of Soft Switch with Video Services and Media Gateway and Backups and
Some additional Value added Services.
d) Deployment of International Roaming Service with own platform in Internationally to
provide such services on IP Platform.
e) Wi-Fi Mesh Network establishment to ensure the coverage in Full Dhaka District.
f) Deployment of own rented Dirt Fiber Backbone in Dhaka City were it is available and
Transmit the required services through them and re-sell the network as and when
possible on B2B basis.
g) Deployment of Handover based roaming Wi-Fi Network with Mobility.
h) Deployment of internet back-haul as required with future target.
i) Deployment of International Gaming Services locally and create all sorts of voice and
video chat services locally.
j) Expected target is only 100,000 local users with Internet and Telephone connectivity
within six months of successful deployment of the services.
k) Target Standard Package: Monthly 40 GB internet bandwidth usage limit with 2 (two)
devices under one subscription. Minimum speed will be 1 mbps depending on the
distance of the subscriber from the base station. But standard 10 mbps internet speed
will be provided to each subscriber. 400 free minutes of voice in any local phone of
Bangladesh and additional BDT 0.48 plus 15% VAT for per minute voice charges.
Monthly package Price: BDT 1,750/- inclusive of VAT ( i.e. USD 20.75 approx )

Those are not a problem, we have that under control, BTRC rates and permissions has all been taken care of. Now its time for the bank, if the bank doesnt approve, then we are looking for an investor on a 50 50 collaboration, we kind of found one, its 60-40 positive. These things take time, and these kind of innovations would be brought to Bangladesh by our generation, since we are the future
