Help with this picture

I just saw this picture and it appears to be an A-10 for the RSAF. I found it to be very confusing, since there is no reports on A-10s being operated by the RSAF. Or is this just a shopped picture?

No, the A-10 is an American Exclusive. Anyways I am pretty sure this is not really operating for the RSAF. But it still raises some questions.
