Idk about yield effect.. but i know for sure detonation in kashmir or Pak may cause earth quake.. as Plate keep building pressure and they release in form of minor/major earth quake... but if someone energized them from outside by HAARP (conspiracy theory may be) or atmoic bomb thatwill generate massive earth quakes besides nuclear winter...
