Yes they were incompetent as a whole because the election results were controlled by RO's that were directly under former CJ command and not ECP. Since the removal of former CJ Iftikhar Chaudhry, things have changed. If PMLN, JUI, ANP and others believe PTI affiliated RO's rigged election in KPK, all they have to do is demand opening of constituencies over there as IK is demanding in Punjab. Who is stopping them when IK himself agreed to open any constituency in KPK?

Boycotting the By Elections against JH shows PTI's lack of political maturity. So what if PTI candidate would lose? I doubt anyone else can win against JH in that seat either. The electoral politics are a learning process: Workers need as much as training and exposure as they can; one day, that experience could be used when there is better chance. JH is an old person and won't be around for very long or wont' contest in future.
PTI leadership can choose where they will stand in elections. If they let a candidate stand in one constituency, and he / she wins, nooners whine ECP-allegations. If PTI chooses to boycott the elections in all or one constituency, nooners chant slogans of immatureness. Its hilarious!

ECP is not the whole problem but dysfunctional, party affiliated RO's that report the election results. ECP's real mismanagement was that they allowed massive loan defaulters, tax evaders, energy thieves and other criminals with pending cases at various state- and government departments to contest in elections. Its gross violation of article 62, 63 of Constitution of Pakistan. @

But he conspicuously downplays or not even mentions large chunks of pending cases against PPP and PMLN leadership that's defending "sacredness" of Pakistan's parliament these days when their own legitimacy is challenged by PTI / PAT. There won't be any new elections until scrutiny for former election is provided by the courts. Public of Pakistan needs to know WHO and HOW pre-poll, post-poll rigging was achieved. When the culprits are finally sentenced to death for deliberately stealing people's mandate, only then next elections would become free and fair.

what i do concede that obviously 100% of the people wont be in favor of PTI cause KP govt. are no saints and certainly have not 100% improved upon their tasks but ALHAMDULILLAH most of them still appreciate what KP Govt. is currently doing for them which makes me proud. they've improved hell'va lot on Health, Education, Police,Patwari culture in KPK which are the basic fundamentals of a province/state.
