Hamid Karzai spells out conditions for long-term US military bases

Karzai knows that most Afghan leaders want to America to leave but he also knows that he will NOT be in Afghanistan if America completely withdraws from Afghanistan. He also knows that Afghan National Army has NOT proved enough against Taliban threat to Kabul. Therefore, he is favouring the presence of America bases in Afghanistan. His conditions carries no weight as he is part of an installed government by US. However, Afghan Taliban wants a complete withdrawal of US from Afghanistan. Lets see what future reveals.
