I cant believe how deluded you are about Central Asia relations? Uzbek and Kyrgyz people in one country. Have you ever heard about the conflicts between these "nations"? The Osh fightings in 2010 for example. And Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan are like Russian Federation and Ukraine before 2013, they are massive rivales in anything, they even swap their territories in 2001, because they didn't want to live in one country with each other. Uzbeks think that Kazakhs are Russian puppets and blame them for working for the Russian interests, Kazakhstan is also giving asylum to their opposition leaders. Get real...
In 2010 Nazarbayev said that he will never allow Uzbekistan to annex Kyrgyzstan territories. Not to mention all their "water wars"... These countries hate themself with passion, accept it.

Our Kazakh "brothers" were 1/5 of the population of Kazakhstan in 1992, look what happened now. Kyrgyz people are the one that deserve to be respected by us, not the Kazakhs.
