Gul Bahadur is a confused chap, not totally in control of his men. His policy fluctuates from all out support for the Army to all out support for the TTP within weeks. It's better that like Turkestan Bhittani, Gul Bahadur should be told that he should disband his movt and return to his tribe to establish a Pro-Govt lashkar. That way his activity can be closely monitored and his experience in militancy can prove useful for the lashkar, In terms of predicting Talib method of operation and how best to counter it.
