He is PM of jack shit, wake up. Its Kashmiris job to do 100 Pulwanas now, and don't forget to target stooges with in who are large part of population. Take care of Abdullahs. India will start war and Pakistan will be ready to respond. But that will not be anything new. We have been there in 1948, 65, 99 etc Nothing will change unless Kashmiris themselves take up arms once war start.

Nevertheless this U turn was for a good cause and must be appreciated, especially when the audience in front was 90% opposition.
