As usual dawn has changed the eord couldn't say to "likely"
Under current projection govt will hit 6% but it is well known that second quarter is always bullish..so expected short fall (which stands at 172b) will probably not cross 200b meaning fiscal deficit will stay at 5.5-5.6% below target of 5.1%
Unless govt finds way to get additional revenues..one promising avenue is GIDIS ..
Hopefully some revenues will come via privitzation

Last year it was 6.6 and govt took over 2 months into projeced 7.6...even if it hit 6 things will be fine as long as next yr it settles to 5

Though hitting 6 is extremely unlikely if current graph is extrapolated ..it looks that a deficit will be 100-200b rupees(fiscal deficit of 5.5)

This can be covered if supreme court allows mobile tax and if GIDC is allowed or if govt privitzation of its list happens this year

More pressing problems are power and gas sector issues
