Even though off topic it seems Nawaz has miraculously improved immediately after boarding Qatar air ambulance![]()

How can the do legislation when even resolutions against child abuse are rejected opposition.Idiots, idiots everywhere. The Cabinet decided to remove NS's name from ECL, LHC only gave verdict on the indemnity bonds, if they were legal or not. The Government could still not have allowed NS to travel abroad. This is exactly how PML-N tried to put Musharraf running away blame on SC.
Also, amazing how PM in his speech said that majority of cabinet was against it but I allowed NS to go abroad out of humanity and then goes on to blame the judiciary.
Justice is not being served because PTI is failing on its promises of reforms. Salahuddin and Sahiwal victims are examples of it. On the other hand, Judiciary has seen a soft revolution under Justice Khosa. He's leaving a legacy behind.
First time in Pakistan's history SC is hearing current year criminal appeals, and on the other hand, Government is failing everyday at legislation.

Maryam was given bail for being a female by SC ... Under Khosa! It was this Khosa who didn't do jackshit when IHC overstepped it's jurisdiction in a bail hearing. Spineless Khosa who has done zilch reforms to lower courts.
IK was pointing at the lower courts. What has Khosa done to fix them? Is Khosa blind and deaf re all that's happening in IHC and LHC?
First, show me the judgement where it's written that Maryam was given bail because she's a female.
Secondly, Model Courts are deciding current year cases as we speak. What more do you need from lower courts? Government fails at legislation, and reforms, especially Police reforms and then blames the judiciary.

ISLAMABAD: In a scathing rejoinder to Prime Minister Imran Khan’s recent statements on the country’s judiciary, Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Asif Saeed Khosa on Wednesday said it was the federal government that allowed ailing former premier Nawaz Sharif to go abroad for medical treatment.
“The Lahore High Court only settled the modalities of the matter,” the CJP said in reference to PM Imran’s statements wherein he urged Justice Khosa and his successor to restore the public’s trust in Pakistan’s judicial system.
Addressing a ceremony at the Supreme Court, CJP Khosa said he would not comment on the removal of Nawaz Sharif’s name from the Exit Control List (ECL) because the case was still pending in court.

He urged PM Imran to refrain from statements alluding to the judiciary’s powers. “The prime minister is the elected chief executive. We respect his position but no one should taunt us about powerful people,” said CJP Khosa.
“This Supreme Court has convicted two prime ministers and is going to soon decide the case of a former army chief. This is a new judiciary since its restoration in March 2009 and we will act in accordance with the law.”
The CJP also opposed the PM’s statements about the functioning of the country’s judicial system. “Everyone should know that the judges are working hard but no one is perfect,” said Justice Khosa.
“A total of 3,100 judges handled 3.6 million cases in a year and disposed of criminal cases that had been pending for 25 years despite limited available resources.”
The chief justice welcomed PM Imran’s offer to provide extra resources to the judiciary and said such measures would go a long way in improving matters
