I bought yesterday two cartons of fresh mangoes from a close Pakistani shop.

Price: 5.50 euro per carton

Quality: very good

In Germany there is a market for exotic fruits and products.

So why not shipping more diverse products from Pakistan?

this would sell for atleast twice as much here in the US assuming there are 4 in a box.
I saw some indian mangoes but waiting on the ones from Pakistan to buy.

I have tried a lot of varieties of mangoes from multiple countries: Philippines, Brazil, Mexico, India, Haiti, Peru, Equador and Pakistan. But the taste of Pakistani mangoes is the best.

Of course, it is a matter of personal taste. The ranking, I gave, is what is somewhat commonly accepted, in Pakistan.
In winter we got Kenyan, and Australian mangoes, neither the taste, nor the beautiful aroma.
My kids were saying, baba bought fake mangoes. :hitwall:

I think the big box was 22 or 20 dolla here last year. Before , each mango used to be like 5 bucks each. But ppl still bought em as Pakistani mangoes are the best, Just like our rice & saaaalt.

The photographs, shown in your post, are of "Sindhrhi" variety, commonly considered to be fourth in the ranking of taste/flavor. You must try also "Anwer Ratol", "Chaunsa" and "Dausehri" varieties.

Anwar Rathore is the best.

PS: Its commonly spoken as Rathore here although the correct word is Ratol i think.

In Sharjah (UAE), we have a street that has like a Pakistani district. Pakistani mangoes are cheaper in Hyper/Super Markets around, but Pakistan SuperMarket gets in fresh stock daily, hence they are a bit expensive.

5kg: AED 50/- = USD $13/-
