Well Israel ranks 14, quite nice, almost matching rank of 15 on HDI(Human Development Index)

how many Pakistanis,Indians,Chinese are engaged in discovering innovative ways to solve problems and R&D going on in the Top 10 Nations in the Global Innovative Index...Does this index sheds some of the light on this aspect when determining the overall ratings...??
