Any idea which company gave the license for these? Aselsan or thales?

I believe the core items like lenses are still being imported from abroad as very few countries can manufacture the raw components for TI equipment.

Belarus makes TI sights that can be used on SA and RPG's. From the look of the TI by GIDS above, it does not look like the ones made by Belarus. Or else f you can post a verifiable link to substantiate your claim of Belarus optics being used. Just Curious!

TISA, SKUA are all made by Shibli, under the umbrella of GIDS.

As far i know .. Shibli don't comes under GIDS consortium .. they are independent pvt firm operated by and under syed Muhammad Shibli

Shibli ones are Skua , Skua LR and Tarsier

TISA 3, TISA 3S , TISA 3M is GIDS own

For Night visions currently IOP is working here ... IOP also establish new lab regarding Sights and Thermal Sights so we will see new range of products from them as well
