Have you been to Turkey? Only big metropol cities like Istanbul are very diverse with all kind of covered and other types of women.. Anatolian cities still strongly faithfull.

Islam does not live in hejab..get over it..how is forcing penguin attire on women helping your nation?

Look at Tunisia, Morocco and even Egypt - Moderate and progress minded Islamic parties are winning elections one after another..and all of them take their inspiration from AKP of Turkey..not the Ayatollahs or Iran or Mutaween of Saudi Arabia..heck now even Saudi has a democratic movement in action which is inspired by Turkish AKP once again!

By the way, Indian pointing fingers towards Turks should have a look in their own collar first. Nowadays, I rarely see even Indian Muslim girls to be decently dressed. I have filed a complain against my friend door neighbors, who are an Indian Muslim family from Hyderabad. Their two girls of age 14 - 15 are always wandering around the building in almost semi-nude attire which is disgusting!

It was still Islam's victory at that time. There are many stories about Allah's help and intervention during the battles, so being prudent requires that we be careful about what we say about these.

Secondly yes, we should wholly submit ourselves to Allah's decree to the best of our ability an yes we have to believe in everything Allah has through his Book and Messenger. However there is a difference between disbelief and being a "open sinner". A person who does his shadeh and does not commit any act that will take him out of Islam, is still a Muslim. However he may easily end up in hell fire, if he does not perform his duties or refrain from the forbidden acts.

An adulterer has committed a great sin however he can still be a muslim. On the other hand a person that says "It is OK to take usury in our times" could have taken himself out of Islam even if he had not dealt with usury before.
