These are the articles in our Constitution which define the fundamental rights of the citizens of Pakistan.
How many of these articles do you think are actually being followed by our Government in true letter and spirit.

Chapter 1: Fundamental Rights

8Laws inconsistent with or in derogation of fundamental rights to be void.
9Security of person.
10Safeguards as to arrest and detention
10A.Right to fair trial:
11 Slavery, forced labour, etc. prohibited
12 Protection against retrospective punishment
13 Protection against double punishment and self incrimination.
14 Inviolability of dignity of man, etc.
15 Freedom of movement, etc.
16 Freedom of assembly.
17.Freedom of association:
18 Freedom of trade, business or profession.
19 Freedom of speech, etc.
19A.Right to information:
20 Freedom to profess religion and to manage religious institutions.
21 Safeguard against taxation for purposes of any particular religion.
22 Safeguards as to educational institutions in respect of religion, etc.
23 Provision as to property.
24 Protection of property rights.
25 Equality of citizens.
25A.Right to education:
26.Non-discrimination in respect of access to public places.
27.Safeguard against discrimination in services.
28Preservation of language, script and culture.

If the Govt does not follow any one of these articles,
Does it mean that they have violated the Constitution as per Article 4, 5 & 6 ?

I find this statement highly exaggerated and vulgar :coffee:

I find murder of the 15 Pakistani civilians in cold blood by the so called govt for which no FIR has been allowed to be filed, obstruction of citizens right to mobility, muster and demand their rights more vulgar than this.

Anything to do with FIR is the domain of courts. Government has every right to block rallies which are threatening the writ of state and openly challenging the constitution. The bias against PMLN should not blind people to the glaring fact that we are at the moment killing other Pakistanis (Taliban) under the pretext that they don't accept the writ of state and constitution.

Such double standards have grave hidden costs in long run.

The rights flow both ways...If you can understand what I mean. Who blocks the freedom or speech? I ask you.

20 Freedom to profess religion and to manage religious institutions.
Even remember Zia ul Haq and the role of Jamia Haqqania in Preparing Talibans?

Well just a couple of days ago Dr.TuQ tried to inflate the number of these people to 50 but then again the next day reduced it to 14 again.....What does it say? But I don't think people here have enough sanity and dignity to see the animal inside the cleric...

Courts are no longer valid because they have denied justice under pressure from an illegal regime.

this is why a constitution should never be trampled.. Once its trampled.. the constitution loses its sanctity..and it takes hell lot of time to make it the most supreme book.

like india had the 42nd amendment act which was a black dot on our constitution

All Criminals says same, Court is unjust with us. So it's means any criminal liar can challenge the writ of the state? Criminals can gather some bunch of more innocent people/criminals and start speaking since they aren't favoring us, court is void. And They get all the rights to destroy state and its institutions"?

In State, Court, Law and Parliament are meant to decide what is right and what is wrong. If this definition is removed, what is the value of the state? What exactly Pakistan even means then?

Whole world recognize Pakistan, but it's Imran Khan and his followers who don't ...
