From ghar wapsi to PK 'protests': Hindutva mob violence is also terrorism

I think PK was anti muslim.
It shows that mere mortals who claim that God spoke to them are charlatans. Prophet mohammad also claimed that god sent him a message.
So I interpret this movie as anti muslim.

Haven't seen it myself but I heard it was more like Oh My God (only difference was in OMG, movie talks about hypocrisy of all religion but this one only focus on Hindus) But things are being out of proportion no doubt, These groups don't know how to protest against such things without vandalizing. Gives a bad name to all Hindus.

I've seen it & liked it. Further, have downloaded PK & would watch it in few minutes. True, vandalising Public-Private Property ain't the right thing. Bad apples brining bad name to entire Community.

I thought @mujhaidind supported Ghar Wapsi of Christians and to a lesser extent Muslims

I belive everyone have a right to protest, and one can debate a religion in a civilised way. I support the movie. I am glad people in India are debating the pros and cons of the movie instead of a Blasphemy charge or a fatwa

Just finished watching it. It's a nice movie and I didn't find anything objectionable in it. The movie is a social satire and tells the brutal truth about the Dharm Ke Thekedars aka Dhongi Baba's & exposes them. Hence, these Dhongis have Problems with the Movie.

Yes. The uncut version with DVD print. I had nothing to do & was killing time here. Thanks to the thread, I've watched the movie, else wouldn't have.

the article is good but it misses the threat that hinduvaadi groups have for hindus themselves.

which sanghi group ever cried for these poor dead in darjeeling ( Death, hunger stalk Indian tea-estate workers )... which sanghi group cried for the lady murdered by her parents in delhi about two months back... which sanghi group ever wondered why india is declared by uno-who to be suicide capital of the world ( and bangalore the actual capital )...

the "ghar wapsi" events are the most prominent ones, but groups like this one ( Home Page - Hindu Janajagruti Samiti ) are threats to hindus themselves, and to world peace.

@mujhaidind i did not receive alert for your tagging of me... has been happening since the recent enforcement of dpk 2 theme for everyone.

its not terrorism though... neither ghar wapsi nor protest against pk. 'terrorism' is not everything that you dont like ... I cant say the chef terrorist for making my curry too spicy in restaurant for example.

It's better than the crap movies which release every Friday. I can understand that the Hindutvadi in you would not let you like this movie.
