I know I enjoy my freedom of speech which allows me to stand up vocally in the US against the republicans who try to make Muslims the bogeyman. I'll be proudly the first in line as a Hindu to go to jail for equal rights of all , that includes Muslims in the US and against maligning the Muslims in the US as the republican right wing do. I do this because those rights are afforded to me--- and God is my witness and on my child's life I have not only contributed to those who think the same as me but have stood up against the right wing republican anti Muslim hate machine.

Being of Indian heritage I think I can safely say that I have an acute knowledge of Pakistani culture( not really far fetched of me , yeah?). I would say it would be absolutely proper of me to claim Pakistanis guard your freedom of speech as feverishly as every democratic nation.

As such- I was curious as to why on this single issue ( keep everything else aside) do I see Pakistanis not join hand in hand with democratic worlds when they protest against criminal prosecution of dissenters in china?

I mean if Pakistan was China then every Pakistani here would be in jail for dissenting ( loudly, in the streets etc etc) against Zadhari... just trying to understand you folks...

so what gives?
