Even if it is flawed, and say just 2 in 10 are stunted, then also why this should not be a big concern?

The whole concept of nothing can go bad in my country, we are the best, all the shortcomings that are shown by others are there evil plans or bad reporting etc is whats killing the great nation....

Open up eyes and ears, listen to what people have to say.. they might be there for your help.

Yes this is big problem
major cause of such problems is uncontrolled population growth

Athleticism is one part, bigger problem is reduced metal growth and limited physical capabilities of upcoming generation. This would be much bigger cost to society at large and would take generations to overcome.
