You dont need to resign, just pay some one as full time moderator and they should take action if some red line is passed.

As long as the management is seen as taking the action, I believe your establisment will be satisfied and allow this forum to keep running. And this thread should be sticky so every one will understand the motive behind that more discipline control.

Manage the site to be more professional rather than self managed style that rely on scores of vollunter Moderators.

I am delighted to see this up and running again. I have a suggestion please suspend the politics forum for at least six months until things calm down. Most of the posts are useless and derogatory to the extreme.
I did fear some action is in the offing, glad all apprehended returned home safe and sound.
A vast majority of folks here are highly educated and sensible apart from a handful. The guys who monitor us are quite aware of this.
I hope they will not bother the members anymore.

Our aim on this website was always to promote the well being of our fatherland, homeland and of course the armed forces attached to it. Over the course of 22 years we have done that well, and continue to be among the leaders in terms of defence forum platforms. We welcome all and everyone here and many nations have found this a home as well, including our Indian guests.

Of course the last couple of years we have seen politics come and and all sorts passions flying around. We never have wished to curtail free speech but we have to be careful now.

I would ask you to work for us in order for our web platform to survive. If you don't wish to tow a line then please do not make things difficult for us. If you do then it will mean the end of the website and the last bastion that promotes the defence of the nation gone forever. I know people say we can have back ups or alternate plans but it will never match what we built here over the decades.

We need a to work together and devise the policy for way forward.

We can save this forum but the public support will be needed. I have been on this forum since the beginning and have moderated since 2009 but what I have noticed is that more Moderators is only a short term solution. We need to discuss this matter thoroughly and come with the concrete solution.

Close the Pakistani political sub section indefinitely. I know it’s pretty pathetic, but I guess that’s what we gotta do for now.

The problem isnt abusive language but criticizing them for crimes against the Pakistani people
We have no answer for Mian chanu missile attack, Mianwali attack, Peshawar mosque attack or Arshad Sharif but if you dare to ask you are considered a legit target for torture

Honestly at this time, an authoritative approach would be best.

Include phone numbers of signed up members and CNIC copies, and warn their pants off that any anti-state commentary will be reported. That should control responses, and also verify all members that join up by video calling them.
