My thoughts....US has ordered Turkeys' Erdogan to make peace with Egypt and Saudis...the same order has been issued to Saudis to make peace with Iran and finish yemen war...Pakistan and Iraq acting as mediators..

US full attention is now lighting fire under putin with Ukraine and lighting fire under China with Taiwan/South China sea...US needs short term stability in Middle East for now..
