The third country Israel struck with the Gaza operation was Yemen - report - DEBKAfile
IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Aviv Kochavi did not name the “third country” attacked by the Israeli air force,www.debka.com
Debka is a comical source. It is run by an old conspiracy couple based in the US if I am not wrong.

Kohavi doesn’t name nation or target, but Arab media reported Iranians and Lebanese killed in large explosion at Houthi camp in Yemen earlier this month
Since 911 attacks, every western source about military issues is a bad taste joke.
Debka had news that after goes to mainstream news, I saw with my eyes several times.
The attack to a "third country" is a public Israel military claim.

IDF chief of staff reveals 3rd country was attacked during Breaking Dawn
Kohavi, it seems, meant that the IDF was active during the operation in Gaza, the West Bank and in another, third arena.www.jpost.com
They dont say what country is, but another Israeli mainstream news like The Times of Israel said that was Yemen.

Military chief says IDF forces struck ‘third country’ during recent Gaza fighting

Good if true. Yemen cannot escape geography or history, it will always be a part of KSA’ sphere of influence and part of the same Arab family. Outside troublemakers should not use it as a launchpad to target KSA as this has failed and will continue to fail.
The only reason why KSA has not bombed Yemen back to prehistoric times is due to Yemen being an Arab neighbour. KSA has the firepower to raze every large North Yemeni city to the ground just using its air force alone.
As far as I know, KSA doesn’t send a lot of Saudi troops. The Saudi Air Force rules the sky, on the ground they mainly use mercenaries, among them many Sudanese. Why let your own soldiers die, if you can pay others to die for you?I think Yemen is to KSA like Afghanistan is to NATO.
A place where test weapons and train soldiers with impunity, because they can't defend themselves.
KSA military spending is the biggest of Muslim countries, all that spending is useless if you dont test your caps in a real war scenario.
KSA support by USA, BR France and israel so they can bomb a Muslim extremely poor country like Yemen for 8 yearsAs far as I know, KSA doesn’t send a lot of Saudi troops. It’s a proxy-proxy war.
KSA and Iran fighting in Yemen, KSA use mercenaries from poor countries, Iran uses the Houthis to fight and die for them.
Both Iran and Saudi are too weak/frightened to fight a direct conflict. So let’s do it over Yemen and let those poor people die.
