I was watching Ary channel which was giving coverage to after affects of rain in.I noticed few sentence repeated by local population about scattered garbage .
Public first statement stand next to garbage : Hakumat zara ghaur kara or kachra uthay
Public Second statement next to garbage : Hakumat na ham ko kira makora samjha howa ha.

Well ... is it lack of cleanliness among people , political issue, corruption ..... Prime reason

Funny that in a city of more than 20 million, they can't find the manpower necessary to do basic stuff. Appalling mismanagement. They should get each household to pay PKR 1500 minimum for cleanup efforts.

Kinda like council tax in the UK; that is more bracket based though.

Even in our village people are paying on monthly basis for garbage collection from homes, though no government is involved.

It's not about money dear, it's because of corruption and incompetence. People of Karachi pays more than that amount still don't get any cleanup efforts by those who are getting these money. You need to be updated.
