Can you hold the moral high ground on anything related to genocide?-

i am firm on the moral high grounds where i stand and what i talk of. I am against any attrocities commited by the uniformed men.
but at the same time when fighting a armed rebelion, i am sure that the Army can not go with a round table conference with them they have to retaliate and life is lost.
But the GoI is doing good in Kashmir for its development in any way that is possible, I am against AFSPA in any part of INida be it Kashmir of NE.
