False allegation of harassment forces MAO College lecturer to kill self

You haven't answer any of my question !!!!!!! As I said it depend on type of problem one is facing …. Honor is upmost thing for Humans …….. He lost it not because of some corruption case but because of SEX case ,,,, it must for him just like RAP for honorable woman …….. And just like woman do he also commit suicide ……
Instead of blaming him for cowardness start asking justice for him … Govt should have to punish all the culprits ..
Your question is very weak for an argument. Your example is not relevant to this case advocating suicide. I have been replying others too but there is no strong argument here from them even. This case is different, the man had a chance, he gave up and he lost it. There is nothing more to say.

LOL how can one (that too a solider) imagine coming out alive under the tank with bomb on his chest !!!!!! Again against the common sense..
Please answer this question: Muslim women committed suicide in 47 after getting raped or to save them salves from getting raped …. Or they died haram death ?? Now this will clear every thing …….
@Dubious , @The Eagle , @Zarvan , @Verve
irrelevant example.

This case is different.

This is haram …….. 100% haram ,,,,,,
Only Allah Will Judge the other two reasons , one Woman or man losing honor because of sex and Muslim soldiers dying in such a manner in WAR ……..
Brother, don't confuse the war scenario with the worldly acts. In an Islamic jihad, the intention is not to commit suicide.

I will go by what Ulema have to say.. I will ask Allah's mercy for the women who committed suicide to protect their dignity and I have a firm belief that they all will go to Jannah because Allah is merciful.

There might be sanctioning of this act, however, I have not come across of that. If you know any Fatwa of a good Aalim, please let us know.. Brother, the intention here is to learn, not to mock each other.

What is the ruling on committing suicide?
What is the ruling on committing suicide? What is the ruling on washing, shrouding, and praying over a person who has committed suicide?

Answer

Allah the Almighty says,
And do not kill the soul which Allah has forbidden [to be killed] except by [legal] right. This has He instructed you that you may use reason [Qur`an 6: 151],
and,
And do not kill yourselves [or one another]. Indeed, Allah is to you ever Merciful [Qur`an 4: 29].
Thabit Ibn Al-Dahak narrated that the Prophet [peace and blessings be upon him] said, “Whosoever kills himself with anything in this world will be tortured with it on the Day of Judgment.”[1]
Definition of suicide
It is the act of killing oneself [intentionally].
The ruling on suicide
Suicide is prohibited in Islamic law according to evidence from the Qur`an, Sunna, and the consensus of Muslim scholars. A person who commits suicide commits a major sin, though this does not take him outside of Islam.
Washing, shrouding, and praying over a person who commits suicide
It is considered a fard kifaya [communal duty] upon Muslims to wash and shroud a person who commits suicide as well as to bury him in a Muslim cemetery. This is because he is a Muslim and is subject to the general rulings that apply to deceased Muslims. Shams Al-Din Al-Ramly cited in Nihayat al-Muhtaj that there is a unanimous agreement that washing, shrouding, and praying over a deceased and burying him are all considered fard kifaya. This is based on the command found in authentic transmissions pertaining to those who die either due to suicide or to other reasons.
Means of suicide
Active suicide: This means taking active steps to carry out a suicide. Examples include [among others], using a sword, spear, rifle, poison to kill oneself, jumping from great heights, throwing oneself in fire, and drowning.
Passive suicide: This means refraining from making an effort to stay alive. Examples include abstaining from food and drink, neglecting a treatable wound, staying motionless in water or fire, not trying to escape from an animal when one has the capacity to do so.
The ruling on committing suicide to avoid evil
It is impermissible to commit suicide to avoid evils such as rape and torture for instance. It is impermissible for a girl to commit suicide for fear of rape; she must defend herself against her attacker even if this means killing him. If she is killed in the process, she is considered a martyr because she died to defend her honor. The same applies to those who face humiliation and torture. They should resist their assailants and it is impermissible for them to commit suicide under the pretext that it is more honorable to kill themselves than to accept captivity and torture.
A Muslim is obligated to exercise patience at times of affliction and fight injustice to the best of his ability. He is not commanded to commit suicide to escape afflictions.
Allah the Almighty knows best.

How come the question is weak ? is it because you think so ? or you don't have any solid argument to coverup ? And How can you call one coward ? Have you faced any situation like that in your real personal life? Isn't this case about losing one honor ? So how come it is different ? or you don't consider man losing honor as equal to woman losing honor ?

First you didn't answer the question in example you just called it irrelevant!!!! or the women died are irrelevant to you ? …… so now please , How it is irrelevant ? This is all about losing honor and committing suicide ………
What about Ali Zafar (the brave still alive) ?? High Court gave judgment in his favour !!!
irrelevant example.

This case is different.

On a side note : You called professor's act cowardness !! Do you know him personally and the circumstances in which he was before committing suicide to make that statement ? Do Stop calling people coward , especially when you personally haven't been to the situation those people were and are ..

Allow me quote one more example , Just say CIA catch(near to caught) one Pakistani person with very important info , now that person knows if the info leaks into enemy hand Pakistan will be in great danger , now this person have option to end his life(suicide) to safe Pakistan now this person know he is ending his life and he is doing it willingly , he can face the torture and enemy bravely and can resisted(but for how long) after knowing all this he still end his life !!!! What will you call it ? @PakSword
In the end: Allah Almighty will be the Judge not you , not me … Suicide is haram but Allah Will Judge according to circumstances ..

Brother @PakSword I am not calling any one with any name , and yes I am here to learn , but people also have no right to call one coward or what not when they are not in that situation personally , and people also don't have any right to judge(especially when they dont know the facts) When Allah ALMIGHT Will Judge and He is The Judge ……..
I also tagged you in other post with one more example , and let me tell you I heard such cases , stories (if you have some relative in Army or other important positions from 50s to 80s you might also come to know such stories , just ask them)..
According to me common sense , All Those women died as Shaheed , And Allah will Judge this on Judgment day ,, As you quoted the fatwa if we go by that even War time act is haram …. Here I will use my common sense and then leave it on to ALLAH ALMIGHTY …….
Rest Suicide is 100% Haram...…
I will go by what Ulema have to say.. I will ask Allah's mercy for the women who committed suicide to protect their dignity and I have a firm belief that they all will go to Jannah because Allah is merciful.

I want to ask you one question..

There were several instances during early battles with Romans when Muslims came under extreme pressure. Sahaba (RA) used to take their families with them in the early fights who used to camp at the back.

Have you ever found any narration/ any account in which Sahaba (RA) has given an instruction to any of their family members to commit suicide when the opposing Army approaches them after they defeated the Islamic army in the war?

Also, can you bring any statement of our Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him on sanctioning of the act of committing suicide in specific circumstances?

If not, then the below will prevail:

And do not kill the soul which Allah has forbidden [to be killed] except by [legal] right. This has He instructed you that you may use reason [Qur`an 6: 151],
and,
And do not kill yourselves [or one another]. Indeed, Allah is to you ever Merciful [Qur`an 4: 29].

Allow me counter question ,, you gave this example , now please tell me how come a solder dying in war (committing suicide mission) is justify ??? You gave that example ? or I can say you gave that circumstance !!
I am not here to prove suicide is Halal …. I am telling one thing , Suicide is haram , no doubt , but Allah will be the judge. .( like the soldier chose the death mission , or woman/man because of honor or one random guy not happy with life etc) simple ..
Thanks .

Why a girl commit suicide after Rap or after losing her honor ???
How do you know about ones faith ? ? How can you judge one's bravery ??
The guy lost his honor !!! He took his life and went into Allah's Court for justice !! instead of blaming him start praying Allah don't make you and rest of us answerable to this injustice happen to him(the dead)..
some people pass comments about others without getting into their shoes. its very easy for anyone to issue a fatwa while sitting in a comfortable room while enjoying all the blessings of Allah almighty.
