Eye witness: 3 pilots parachuted down!

This old man in the video below is the guy who caught the IAF Wing Commander Abhi after he came down. He says that he saw 3 parachutes come down. I cannot make out what he is saying though due to accent. At 00:50, he says and mentions where the 3 pilots went according to him. He says one went over the border to the other side, one came down our side and one... (don't know what he says here).


This means that the 2nd aircraft was not a Mig-21, Imran Khan had mentioned two Migs, the only other two seater Mig is the Mig-29, so the JF-17 Thunder not only scored a Mig-21 kill but also a Mig-29 kill!

As much as I hope for it to be a Sukhoi, I am going to stick with Mig-29, because Imran Khan said two Migs in his address to Nation, and he is probably receiving the most up-to date information from the Pakistan forces. Mig-29 is also a two seater.

It's still a mystery. Also in an old video Abhinandan in IAF su-30 squadron.

There was a reasonable comment on youtube:

He was an SU 30 Pilot as clearly seen here. Pakistan has downed 2 jets. A mig 21 and another SU 30. Wing Commander Abhinandan was flying the SU-30. Mig fell in Pk pilot seriously injured WC Abhi made it safely to the ground but was captured by locals and thrashed badly before ARMY reached and rescued him before getting seriously injured. His plane crashed on other side of LOC. He seems like a good chap.. Feel really sad for his family and kids. Although Pakistan will treat him fairly and return him eventually after deescalation of tensions.

It's a Su-30MKI. That's the twin seater India has stationed in the area. Funnily enough, the Indian military also admitted sending them to intercept Pakistani aircraft (but they failed, the PAF still hit it's targets and got out whilst taking down multiple IAF aircraft). But they did not mention sending any MiG-29's.

The documents of the Wing Commander had the local S/N of his aircraft, I checked it on a database website, it corresponded to the Mig-21 Bison of the IAF.

Two planes cannot go down simultaneously unless hit simultaneously at the same time. Likely, the two IAF aircrafts were baited into AJ&K by Pakistani bombers, and both were subsequently taken out by Pakistani fighters at range with BVR AAM.

Also the Mig-21 Bison has a maximum range of 30km with its AAM missiles. A Pakistan F-16D Block two-seater plane has over 150km+ range with its BVR based AAM missiles.

Also, pertinent to mention here, the witness in the video clearly said one of the parachuted pilots came down here and caught, while the other parachuted pilot went down on the other side of border. If his statement is to be taken as true, that means the one down here with us as we know is Abhi, and the other one is on your side of the border, then according to you people, the one on your side is the PAF pilot... better go find him.
