Exclusive: Why Indian Air Force May Best Chinese Jets In An Air Battle Over Tibet

A similar assessment was made by a senior Indian member sometime ago.
I am interested to know on what parameters IAF is technologically strong than PLAAF.

China has enough conventional fire power to make sure none of indian airbase is operable within 400KM range. That means indian AF has to fly from deeper inside and that will be easy picking for Chinese air defense. Case is closed for indian air superiority.

stupid article written by an idiot. if this is the calibre of indian pilots who are advising the airfoce with such tripe then they better use cow dung to deceive Chinese radars. else they have no chance

if hostilities do break out you can be sure that pakistan airforce will become active to pressurise the indian further. that will tie up many sqaudrons

Its all about numbers. Bring Rafales and free Su-30's from western border.

China makes good air defense systems and saturated air defense missile is cheaper to take out any indian numbers. india has to make choice if it wants its population to starve or keep its sky defenseless for next decade. Sure US would like to see indian takes adventurous route, so more money for uncle sam dumping F16 era tech.
