Plus: Expensive weddings with multiple ceremonies, dowries, unlimited 'religious' festivals where money flows, breeding like rabbits, wanting to eat 'mutton' daily, and leaving everything to 'the fate'.
I understand that quality education is very expensive in Karachi. But medical care, while not top-notch, is adequate for most sickness. Similarly, even healthy food prices in Pakistan is very cheap, even for the locals. Eat lentils if you don't have the money: It's cheap, and healthy. Same with veggies.
People in Pakistan breed like rabbits and then expect 'Allah' to take care of things. Well, Allah doesn't help those who don't help themselves!! Also, let me tell one thing very clearly: I have seen even middle class families in America whose lives are greatly altered and stressed out because of having even one kid. Yes, even in the richest country in the world!! Talk about Pakistan then!
