Kashmir, however is....and internationally, it is recognized as disputed territory. That was the point I was trying to make, before you went off on your little tangent.
I don't think India cares of how Kashmir is seen internationally. India will always maintain it to be our integral part. This particular decision shows that there is a tacit approval from EU as well. Then there is Arab League quoting recently that they have no particular qualms about Kashmir. So I see it as advantage India.
Balochis feel it so.
