Btw, dont take any of my comments seriously, I just simply predict and use my prediction to "invest" in VN, ( such as decide to buy or sell lands now. Im going to buy more small lands due to its safe in VN while Investors still coming now )

My prediction mainly for my own interest, and may help u guys realize what is happening now ( Investors still fleeing CN and coming to VN cos VN is safe ). I also put a small investment on buying VN high quality rice cos the demand is quite high, even in VN now

There is no VN rice brand in indo msrket, only some from Thailand

Yep. Bcs actually we dont have enough high quality rice (1 crop per year) for export like Thai, so we normally export normal rice ( 2 crop per year) for countries thats can not grow enough rice like Senegal,Ethitopia.

VN focus on growing enough rice even during the pademic, thats why we have enough free rice for 97 million ppl now.

My parents were rice dealers, we still have a small warehouse in my hometown. My parents stopped selling rice for abt 15 year and turn into selling apartment/lands. They r old now and retired (over 70) and I just started selling high quality rice abt 1 year and its a quite good bussiness ( just a small investment, below 10,00 usd).

For my own opinion, if u wanna have sucess in small investment, u must predict correctly what will happen ( when war coming, stop selling apartment/land, focus on selling rice. If the country is still safe, then 70% investment for buying land/house/apartment 30% for high quality rice and other kind of food like jackfruit etc).

Thats why, prediction is important for my own bussiness
