Substantial rigging found in 11 Constituencies:

Rigging Found in 3 NA seats, 4 Punjab Assembly seats, 3 Sindh Assembly seats and 1 KPK Assembly seat.

NA Seats = NA 46, NA 47 and NA 176

And other Provincial Assembly seats.

On the one hand ECP claims that the "report" on it's website was an observation from local and international observers when it was not. And now they claim international observers said the elections were largely free and fair. International observers were present on polling day it seemed to everyone that the elections were "largely free and fair." The irregularities are surfacing now. I don't think international observers were aware of illegal postings, illegal printing of ballot papers, ROs misreporting results and stuffing bags with trash.
