Economic targets: Govt has failed to deliver on most of its promises!

Pakistani economy will remain shitty unless reforms are undertaken to liberate it. Whenever selling somethings gives a big profit, the resources should shift from ventures that give low profit to that high profit activity. i.e people should be able to start a business that appears to give good profits. But PMLN specially believe in greater government control and regulation. Under them it will remain hard for new businesses to start and existing to expand. So i see economic indicators remaining low next four years.

No, I'd much rather complain endlessly about the ills that befall Pakistan before I pack my bags for some greener pasture elsewhere ! :ashamed:

Preferably in Wales on a farm with a nice English lass and three Armstrong Jrs. ! :D

Sir, democracy's the best revenge. :pakistan:

I'm so democratic, I let the banned members argue their case like a court of law. I gladly accept bribes too if any banned member out there wishes to pay me in six figures for their freedom, my loyalty will be bought and sold, traded like a commodity! :P

Jokes aside; I think that change is happening. I know that people don't hold a very favorable view of IK and PTI. I don't agree with his politics either but if they've managed to achieve one thing - Its to slap people out of their endless stupor; the average Pakistani is right now more politically aware and if not that than at least more politically interested than hes ever been in this country's existence.

And that is an encouraging thought because these parties now have to perform here and there no matter how insignificant they maybe just be relevant 'cause no one's traditional vote-banks are secure and with these baby steps the country would probably crawl forward as even greater political awareness and frustration gives further impetus.

I agree, IK is doing the nation a service. Even if I won't vote for him, his presence, for better of for worse in the short term is better than not having people like him around in the long term. It completely agrees with my philosophy.

But things will get better, trust me. Pakistan is made to last.

I take it from this that you're not a PTI man either then. Strange to see an advocate of stronger free market capitalism in a country like Pakistan where people are literally asking for more competent government. Who do you support if anyone, or who would you support? Nice username by the way.

For now I support Imran Khan. I think he will be a step in the right direction as he is sincere towards the nation. If he comes to power he will get the right people to help him run the country. And those experts will lead him towards the proven capitalist model the whole world is implementing so successfully.

Economic failure with corruption and incompetence is going to end the PMLN Govt forever, this is the last straw on PMLN fate like Zardari's PPP, if it doesn't pick up now.
