If seller is giving sales receipt, so somewhere in his books he will have to show the purchase receipt too..He cannot show he grew up $$$s in backyard.

Foreign exchange selling company's selling receipt becomes buyers buying receipt.

The question from where dollars arrived will be asked to the foreign exchange selling company not the individual buying dollars.

And I think you have assumed that these large Forex exchange companies are ran by buffoons ...Who have no clues about laws, stock in hand, purchases and sales...

And some buffons think that they know more than the person living in the country and experience these in practice working as regional finance lead in one of the fortune five hundred companies having audit experience in 2 big 4 audit firms ... who has to deal with fera regulations as a matter of routine operational matters ...

May God bless the company and the country at large...no doubt why countries fiscal condition is so bad, the accountants never understood subject matter....
