India as usual have used cunning lies to fool his nation. A disgusting nation has taken the bait and now rejoicing the annulling of A 370 and A 35 in respect to the Kashmir.
The reason given are that these two articles are stopping the progress in the Valley and stopping equal opportunities in the area for Kashmiri people.
This is a lie which should be exposed by Pakistan diplomatically all around the world.
The West already knows it, but they pay lip service to the Indians excesses due to their trade ties with India.
The fact is Indian constitution have similar Articles on the special status of many of its states, like Himachal, Sikkim, Arunachal, Nagaland, Mizoram & Manipur.
Here is one example,
Nagaland is protect under the Article 371 A(1) in The Constitution Of India 1949
(1) Notwithstanding anything in this Constitution,
(a) no Act of Parliament in respect of
(i) religious or social practices of the Nagas,
(ii) Naga customary law and procedure,
(iii) administration of civil and criminal justice involving decisions according to Naga customary law,
(iv) ownership and transfer of land and its resources, shall apply to the State of Nagaland unless the Legislative Assembly of Nagaland by a resolution so decides.
Most of these states areas come under the 6th schedule of Indian constitution and are self governed , run by an elected autonomous council under the governor of the state.
