The liability lies with the govt. Had they met people's demands in a democratic way rather than playing delaying tactics, the protests would have left by now. People getting 'obstructed or intimidated' have only the Sharif's kingdom to blame.

Mate, the 'constitution avenue' is not the 'constitution of Pakistan' in itself. It's just a road. Secondly, Supreme Court of Pakistan, after the recent decision of CJoP, has lost credibility in it's entirety.

The responsibility to maintain peace and security lies upon the government, yes, and you are correct that they could have handled the political situation better, but that does not absolve the protesters to keep their obligations too.

It's an icon and it straddles the most important institutions of this country. It's not just any odd road where if your whim so fancies, you may pull up and piss all over it - unless you're a protester being led by TuQ, in which case I'm assuming it makes total sense to you.

By extrapolation, the constitution is also just a book and as is the case with all non-religious works, there is no crime in defacing, burning or defecating on the book itself. But if you do so, it sends a message loud and clear. All that potty and dirty laundry on Constitution Avenue speaks volumes of the inqilaabis which TuQ has managed to gather. A little flock of faithful sheep, eating grass, pooping and blindly following the shepherd down whatever hole he leads them.

Also I don't think I know which decision of the SC you are alluding to. The one on Tuesday, asking the protesters to step back from the road? Or the part in the one on Tuesday where the court rebuked the counsel on the issue of containers, saying they'll take it step by step?

Having shown the cops your hiney, your constitutional lawyers would have to deal with a lot more than just the constitutionality of your actions.

Note: Yes I think the FIR should be registered, no I don't think NS should resign, yes the protesters have a right to protest, no they don't have a right to establish a colony in front of the Parliament.

these peoples are not peoples of Pakistan its a group of Pakistanis that believe in this Canadian Padree, this nation spend 5 years under zardari, now we the nation, businessmen and more then 50% of pakistani are happy atleast they gave the economy a little boost, sorry pal they or those who support them are only Qadri followers... not a entire nation...

i read correctly but the mentality of yours is same as our uneducated politicians ... who daily question the patriotism on the oversea Pakistani or dual nationals .
