Islamic view is clear leader is followed until he decides according to Quran and Sunnah if he goes against them he looses moral ground the problem is not laws the problem is corrupt system which will never let any law implemented in its true form

Islamic View is also, Leaders are the same as the People. Corrupt People = Corrupt Leaders.

There was a man who stole the Armour of the Caliphate. The Caliphate asked for it back and the man refused, they went to a Qadi. The Qadi asked the Caliphate for evidence that the armour belongs to him. The Caliphate replied in negative, the Qadi stated the Armour belongs to the man. As the man walked away he came back to the Caliphate and took the Shahada. The Caliphate said if you're a Muslim the Armour is a gift from me to you.

Until the politicians start applying the constitution with vigor, its nothing but trash.
