I read somewhere but I could not find any supportive evidence in my favour, so posting here without any evidence.
In 1971 war the collector visited the Jamnagar Airbase he used canvas clothes and colored with black and make false airfield at some far distance from original. and arranged for light. where as original airport used small bulb lights which powered by the motor car batteries so it was not possible to see from distance. On first day Pakis attacked on Jamnagar fake airbase and original remained same. I read it somewhere no proof on net.
