I do not agree. Major European powers -Spain, England, France, Russia (all except Germany and Italy) completed the period of feudal fragmentation in the 15-16 centuries.

Ok, late comers like German and Italy. But still, their state-formation impacted e.g. Franch (1870 war w Germany). Likewise for colonies (see Africa).

I cannot support Ukraine with its genocidal tactics and the puppet Nazi govt. Second,New Russia has a lot of need for reconstruction with the damage the ukrop forces and azov neo-Nazi mercs have inflicted. I even doubt that New Russia could stand on its feet after winning the war .It will need Russian/Chinese Aid or advanced soviet tech from the military archives if it wishes to survive.But then it will violate the implicit terms and conditions which exist globally b/w the govt and corporate nexus if it manages to tap the tech from the military archives.
